Registration & Payment

All workshop, retreat, and class fees are due at the time of registration.

Refunds & Credits

All registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend an individual event you have registered for, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Cairn Yoga & Wellness event, provided you notify us prior to the event start time. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for refunds. Credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

Pay-in-full registrations are not eligible for full or partial refunds, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Cairn Yoga & Wellness.

Event Changes, Cancellations & Weather

In the rare event that Cairn Yoga & Wellness must cancel or reschedule an event, registrants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a credit for a future event.

Outdoor events may proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. In the case of unsafe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the event will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued for a future event.

Express assumption of risk: I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in physical training, including but not limited to, the physical training inherent to all yoga exercise activities, and that my participation in any such physical training program carries with it the potential for death, injury, and/or property damage. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participating in any physical training, including this yoga program. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness by the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault. I acknowledge that I have no physical or medical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger me or others. I verify no promises, warranties or guarantees, other than those written in this agreement were made to me by Cathy Struecker Yoga & Fitness LLC, its principals, agents, employees and volunteers. I agree to follow the instructional guidelines of this facility and to co-operatively utilize the studio with other students. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of this agreement.

Release: By my printed name below, I, the client, certify that I am physically able to use all facilities, I acknowledge that I am willingly participating in these activities and that I have assumed all risks as described above. In consideration for my being allowed to participate in the activities offered, I, the undersigned hereby release Cathy Struecker Yoga & Fitness LLC, its principals, agents, employees and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.
